Matthew R. Hockett celebrates five years as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Prepainted Metals, LLC

Matthew R. Hockett became involved in the steel distribution business in 1997, and in 2005, decided to establish his own steel distributor, Prepainted Metals. As the President and Chief Executive, he is responsible for overseeing operations including sales and administration. He attributes his success to his hard work, dedication and relentless customer service.
Mr. Hockett received his Bachelor of Arts from Purdue University in 1994 with a major in English and minors in Communications, Organizational Leadership and Spanish. He is a member of the AWMI in the Metal Industries.
