In 2004, Barbara A. East was named Business Woman of the Year
HUNTSVILLE, AL, July 28, 2010 /Industrial PR News/ -- Barbara A. East, Owner and President of Joe East Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in business management.
With 41 years of professional experience, Ms. East attributes her success to the support she receives from her colleagues. At her current post, she is in charge of overseeing day-to-day operations including administration and finance, and managing 20 employees. She and her husband decided to start their own business in 1969. Her son Mike and her daughter Judy manage the day to day operations.
Ms. East received her Bachelor's Degree Human Resource Management in 1999 from Faulkner University. She is a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce and the Council of Better Business Bureaus.
Joe East Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. received a Gold Award for training and a Platinum Award from Carrier Corporation as the leader in the state of Alabama.
