In his industrial career, Dr. Jansen authored or co-authored about 30 US Patents and 70 scientific publications including several book chapters. Dr. Jansen received his Ph.D. in Physics from Case Western Reserve University in 1977 and was awarded his engineering degree in Applied Physics from Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands in 1973. At both institutions his research was focused on critical issues relating to thin film technology.
