James J. Baron Recognized for Excellence in Medical Imaging Technology
James J. Baron honored by Cambridge Who's Who as industry leader
WARWICK, RI, June 10, 2009 /Industrial PR News/ -- James J. Baron, Senior Technologist for Rhode Island Hospital, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of medical imaging technology.
Inspired by his mother, who was a nurse, Mr. Baron embarked on his own career in healthcare 25 years ago. Since then, he has acquired an expertise in fiscal and healthcare personnel management. Now senior technologist for Rhode Island Hospital, he is in charge of supervising 45 medical technologists. He attributes his success to his perseverance and ability to adapt to change.
Mr. Baron received his MBA in 1996 from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Radiology Business Management Association and the American Society of Radiologic Technologists. In his spare time, he volunteers with various homeless shelters in the Providence, RI area. Mr. Baron aspires to venture into teaching within the next ten years.
